TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from NextGen Lamination, 1699 King Street, Enfield, CT 06082.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it, not when you receive an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel any order, including after confirmation, and will refund you in full if we do.
Pricing and errors
Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to price and describe products accurately, but if a product is listed at an incorrect price or with a material error in its description, we may cancel the order and refund you, whether or not it has been confirmed.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Title and risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. If a shipment arrives damaged, follow the inspection process in our Shipping Policy.
Product use and compatibility
Revo laminators are designed to run genuine Lami Corporation film. You accept that using film from any other source may cause tracking, feed and quality faults and will void your warranty. Machines are commercial equipment and must be operated in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Availability
Stock quantities shown on the site are our best information at the time of display and are not guaranteed. If an item you order is unavailable we will contact you and offer a substitute, a backorder or a refund.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost production time or downtime.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
